All tuition costs are on the rise. Even CCSFs (City College of San Francisco) tuition in the fall will go up from $26 a unit to $36 a unit. Still, that means a 15 unit full-time load will cost $540 for an 18 week semester. Not a bad deal compared to other bay area private colleges but still a hard ship for a large part of CCSF’s targeted student community. CCSF often sends transfer students to bay area private art schools – which is one smart way to save some tuition $$$. But bottom line? Be smart. Know what you want from your education. Make good choices in regards to spending and your education. Don’t forget to check your community colleges and state schools as options.
